In 1996 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Catholic University of Lublin, obtaining master's degree in law. A year before, in 1995, he had completed the full-time theology course of studies and, having passed his examinations, he received master's degree in theology. In the years 1996 - 1998 he finished post-graduate judge's training in the Katowice Voivodship Court, which ended in judicial examination in September 1998. Then, in the years 1999 - 2002, after legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice, he passed the examination for legal adviser qualification in June 2002. He also completed doctoral studies at the Chair of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration of the Lublin Catholic University, and then, after submitting his Ph.D. thesis "Joint Representation with the participation of the holder of a commercial power of attorney", written under the supervision of Professor Ryszard Skubisz, he was granted the Ph.D. title on June 27, 2006.

He has been practicing as a lawyer since 1996, when he first started as a legal reporter in the team of legal advisers of a big joint-stock company, and then as a legal adviser in the same company.

Since September 2002 he has run his own legal adviser's office in Piekary Śląskie.

In the course of his professional practice, Arkadiusz Buchenfeld has gained experience related to formation and operation of commercial law companies and cooperatives, professional self-government organisations, especially craftsmen guilds, as well as associations and church legal persons. He has cooperated with leading lawyers from the major law offices in Poland, working on the teams appointed to solve legal issues brought in by the clients of those law offices. He is also an author of legal opinions in civil law and expert opinions on draft legislation, commissioned by public administration, non-governmental organizations, and organizations of entrepreneurs economic self-government.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in 1997. She completed her post-graduate legal adviser training in Katowice and in 2002 she passed the legal adviser examination and took the oath. Since 1996 she has been practicing as a lawyer, first in the legal adviser's office of her patron, then as an independent lawyer in a developer company. Since September 2002 she has run her own legal adviser's office.

Her experience and the cooperation with highly skilled partners allow her to develop comprehensive solutions for cases she undertakes, also addressing potential public law implications of the adopted ways of proceeding.

In her professional practice of a legal adviser, Mirabella Luszawska provides comprehensive legal service, on a regular basis, to joint-stock companies and limited companies, in particular developer, construction and commercial companies, with public and private capital shareholders, as well as those partly owned by foreign shareholders (German, Austrian, Norwegian, Swiss), or with foreign subsidiaries and associated companies (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania).

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia in 1996, and then he completed LL.M. studies at University in Trier in Germany (summa cum laude). After doctoral studies at the University of Silesia he was granted the Ph.D. degree in 2001, he still works at the University of Silesia as a lecturer. In his practice Grzegorz Żmij has gained rich experience in providing legal advise on foreign trade issues. He has produced a number of legal opinions, e.g. for companies dealing in international trade, for courts and for Polish Parliament. He has acted as an adviser, an expert and a co-arbitrator in international disputes and as super-arbitrator in domestic disputes.

She completed the judge's post-graduate training and passed her judicial examination at the Appellate Court in Katowice. She obtained the professional title of a legal adviser in January 2007. She has been working as a lawyer since 2003. She has gained her professional experience in the course of work for law offices providing services in civil and commercial law.

In her professional practice, Katarzyna Hul focuses on providing legal assistance in dispute resolution in court as well as out of court, in civil law issues, particularly those related to:

drafting civil and commercial contracts;
claiming for damages resulting from tort,
dissolution of co-ownership and division of assets after the cessation of statutory co-ownership,
unfair competition.

She is also interested in public procurement, as well as in civil procedure, including enforcement proceedings.
