The office BLZ Żmij and Partners Legal Advisers
brings together three legal advisers: Arkadiusz Buchenfeld, Ph.D.,
Mirabella Luszawska and Grzegorz Zmij, Ph.D., LL.M, who took
their legal adviser qualification exam together and were sworn
in at the same time in 2002. Ms. Katarzyna Hul joined the team
upon the partnership formation.

The basic services offered by our office
include assistance in interpreting and applying the existing
provisions of law. In this process we use the support of legal
opinions of experienced commentators, the body of judicial decisions
of common and administrative courts, Polish Supreme Court, Polish
Constitutional Tribunal and the European Court of Justice.

letter of the applicable law, but also by the principles of
professional ethics, developed by professional self-governing
